Refund Policy - the basics
At NoireVelvet , We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS
We accept refund requests within 7 days of delivery for eligible items under the conditions outlined below .
To be eligible, the item must be unused , unworn, undamaged , and returned in its original condition with all tags , accessories and packaging intact.
2. NON - REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for refunds :

* Sale or discounted items
* Gift cards and digital products
* Items marked as '' Final Sale ''
For hygiene reasons , certain items such as earrings or intimate wear are non-refundable.
3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refun, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@noirevelvetco.comwith your order number , item details and reason for return . Our team will review your request and provide further instructions .
4. RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for retun shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective or damaged product ). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost transit
5. REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receuve and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of refund. If approved your refund will be proccessed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days . please not that shipping charge or non-refundable
6. PARTIAL REFUNDS
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases :
* Items not in original condition
*items missing tags , accessories , or packaging
* Items returned beyond the 7 day window
the refund amount will be determined based on the condition of the returned item
7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you Haven't received your refund after the stated processing time please :

We currently do. not offer direct exchanges. if you would like a different item, please request a refund and place a new order
