4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

We aim to dispatch all orders within the estimated timeframe displayed at checkout. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and external factors . NoireVelvet is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs 

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused , in its original condition, and in the original packaging . Customized or sale items  are final and non -refundable .
